ResumeCatcher is a unique employer-candidate matching service that is designed to allow the employer to search for specific skills, education and abilities. As a candidate, you must first enter your information into the resume catcher's online tool before prospective employers can search for you!
It's easy and takes about 10 minutes. Here are the steps you can take:

| Create your new account |
1. Go to URL: http://www.resumecatcher.com
At the bottom right of the page, you will see a Job Seeker Login box. Underneath the login button, you will see a link to the Job Seeker Signup. Click on this link
2. Enter Job Seeker Signup Information
Enter your e-mail address, a password, and contact information.
Once your account has been created, you will need to login and enter the information about yourself that will allow employers to easily find you!

| Login to your account |
Once you login, you will be on the Job Seeker Panel Page. This is the page built entirely for you as a job seeker and you will find you are using it quite extensively.
There are three boxes on this page. The top box is the "My Forums" section. You will not have any forums as a beginner, but you will get a chance to add to this box as you become more active. The bottom right hand box is the "My Connections" box. These connections are very helpful, but for the first time logging in, there is something more important.
The box you want to get started on right away is the "My Account" box. In the "My Account" Box, you will see a link to my resume. This is where you want to start first. Fill out all the information required on this page. If you do not have time to fill out all information in one sitting, simply scroll to the bottom and inactivate your resume prior to submitting. This will save the information for you to update at a later time.
Once your information is up to date and accurate, please activate your resume for use. You can then view or print your resume and keep up to date with who is viewing your resume.

| My Connections |
We know you will be excited about this type of opportunity and we know you'll want to tell all your friends and co-workers. In the "My Connections" box on the Job Seeker Panel, click on the Tell A Friend link. Add their name, email and a personal message in the pop up box and you can easily spread the word!

| Hints, Tips and Tricks |
As a job seeker, your goal is to be sought after by the highest quality employers. ResumeCatcher helps you do this by using an advanced matching algorithm. You don't have to worry about this algorithm itself, but you must remember that MATCHING is the name of the game.
Here's an example: Company XYZ is seeking an administrative assistant with customer service skills and excel experience. In their search, they may ask for any candidate with the following keywords: "administrative assistant, customer service, excel"
If you have those skills and meet those criteria, you must make sure that somewhere in your resume information, you have typed in administrative assistant, customer service and excel. Making sure your resume information is descriptive about what you can do is so important. Therefore, our tip to you is this:
