At ResumeCatcher, we are a group of people just like you. We have searched for jobs ourselves and a few of us have even had job openings we tried to fill. Using the current job sites and the current standards, we felt we spent so much time checking site after site, searching for openings and submitting resumes. It seemed like such a hit or miss type of approach and no one was really happy with it.

After many late-night conversations that usually ended up as complaint sessions, we decided to figuratively take the bull by the horns and think up the ultimate solution as we as consumers would want it. We sat down and wrote out exactly what we want in an ideal job service. ResumeCatcher was born!

Employers can use our site as much as possible to search for those job seekers that match their needs. The end result is a simpler and more efficient job matching site. Job seekers are happier and employers are happier and the entire process can take a lot less time.
